The IP Enclosures TB range of powder coated galvanised steel terminal boxes are designed to withstand immersion to 1.5m depth.

Feature and Specifications

Material:

– Housing: 1.5mm Galvanised Steel Sheet
– Lid/Door: 1.5mm Galvanised Steel Sheet
– Device Mounting Plate: 1.5mm Galvanised Steel Sheet
– Seal: EPDM

Housing:

The robust housing is fabricated using galvanised steel sheet and incorporates a high quality EPDM seal. A device mounting plate is provided fitted. Integral mounting flanges with slotted mounting holes are incorporated for ease of installation.

Lid/Door:

The robust screwed lid/door is fabricated using galvanised steel sheet and incorporates an earth stud.

Seal:

High quality full perimeter EPDM seal. Temperature resistance -35°C to 130°C. (RoHS, CE, UKCA & REACH compliant)

Device Mounting Plate:

Fabricated using 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet, pressed to provide additional strength and supplied pre-fitted. DIN Rail sized to suit can be supplied as an optional accessory.

Surface Treatment:

UL approved epoxy polyester powder coated with a textured finish. 80-120 micron average thickness. Standard Colour RAL7035
