Free shipping — how it works
Online store orders only. Free shipping is not available on orders placed by phone, email, or any channel outside tropac.co.nz. To take advantage of free shipping, place your order through the online store.
Free shipping covers standard freight only
- Overnight / express delivery
- Tailgate unload (delivery without dock or forklift access at the destination)
- Redelivery following a failed delivery attempt
Where a delivery is palletised or exceeds standard parcel size, the delivery location must have a forklift (or other suitable unloading equipment) available on-site unless tailgate unload has been arranged in advance. Deliveries without dock, forklift, or confirmed tailgate access may incur additional at-cost charges or be redirected

Estimates do not apply to regional or remote destinations. Once orders leave our warehouse, transit times are managed by the carrier. For a more accurate estimate, contact us before ordering.
Who we ship with
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders require a physical delivery address. If the website is not accepting your address at checkout, please contact us — it may be a simple formatting issue.
Click & Collect
You will receive a collection notification when your order is ready. Do not attend the warehouse until you have received this notification.

Mixed in-stock and order-in items
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and order-in (backordered) products, we will typically split the order and dispatch available stock immediately. Backordered items are sent separately when they arrive in our warehouse.
If you would prefer to receive your order in a single shipment, contact us after placing your order and we can hold dispatch until all items are available.
