Terminal protection
The S5 400A has offset terminals, so the S5 terminal shrouds (DS-CU11) do not fit. Use the DS-CU12 flat terminal protection cover, two per switch: one on the line side and one on the load side.

Terminal protection cover or terminal shroud?
A terminal protection cover is a flat cover over the front of the terminals that prevents accidental contact with live parts. A terminal shroud is a moulded cover that encloses the terminals and includes barriers between phases. DS-CU12 is a protection cover, so it does not provide phase separation.

Where phase separation is required, specify the S6 400A 3P (S6-04003PD0), which takes the DR-CU12 terminal shroud and DR-SF12 phase barriers.
