316 Stainless Steel Electrical Enclosure 1000H x 600W x 300D IP66

At 1000 × 600 × 300mm, this SS1 wall-mount enclosure suits switchboards, motor-control and power-distribution assemblies in coastal, marine and washdown environments where dust, water ingress or impact would otherwise compromise the equipment inside. Grade 316 stainless steel construction rated to IP66 IK10.

Construction

A robust monoblock 1.5mm Grade 316 stainless steel body with flat-face sealing surfaces and pre-fitted blind nutserts eliminates field drilling and retains IP integrity. Concealed removable hinges with captive pins allow a 110° door opening. A machine-applied full-perimeter UL listed polyurethane seal foamed in place (FIP) provides continuous sealing rated to −40°C to +80°C (160°C short-term).

Surface Treatment

0.4µm Ra brushed (4B) finish on external stainless surfaces — no applied coating.
