Before you order

How a Telergon station goes together.

  1. Operator

The pushbutton, selector, pilot light or E-stop. Illuminated operators have the LED base built in — no lamp holder.

  2. Contact block

Ordered separately and clipped to the back. Each result lists the blocks the old part used.

  3. Legend plate or enclosure

Optional. Add a legend plate under a plain button, or a 1–3 hole enclosure for a surface-mount station.

About this reference. The old part numbers are Giovenzana 22mm control devices and the TROPAC kit codes they were sold under.

Before you replace a part. These are functional equivalents on a standard 22 mm cut-out, not certified replacements. Telergon contact blocks are screw terminal (M3.5), so replacing a spring-terminal PCW block changes the termination type. Selector operating angles do not always match — differences are flagged against each part. For emergency stops, confirm the contact configuration and positive opening against the machine's safety design before replacing.

Giovenzana is a trademark of its respective owner. TROPAC is not affiliated with Giovenzana; its part numbers are shown for identification only.
