Ordering just got easier. Free shipping on every order placed at tropac.co.nz — no minimum spend, no code required.

Free shipping — how it works

From 5 May 2026, free shipping applies automatically to all orders placed through our online store at tropac.co.nz. There is no minimum order value and no discount code required — shipping is free at checkout.

Online store orders only. Free shipping is not available on orders placed by phone, email, or any channel outside tropac.co.nz. To take advantage of free shipping, place your order through the online store.

Transit times

Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched from our warehouses within 24 hours of placement. Transit times vary based on destination. Use the estimates below as a guide — regional and remote destinations may take longer.

Estimates do not apply to regional or remote destinations. Once orders leave our warehouse, transit times are managed by the carrier. For a more accurate estimate, contact us before ordering.

Who we ship with

TROPAC uses Mainfreight as our primary carrier. We do not ship with NZ Post or related couriers.

Important

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders require a physical delivery address. If the website is not accepting your address at checkout, please contact us — it may be a simple formatting issue.

Click & Collect

TROPAC does not have a showroom or walk-in sales facilities. We do offer a Click & Collect service for customers who prefer to pick up in person.

Place your order online and collect from our warehouse during the following hours:

Collection hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

You will receive a collection notification when your order is ready. Do not attend the warehouse until you have received this notification.

Mixed in-stock and order-in items

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and order-in (backordered) products, we will typically split the order and dispatch available stock immediately. Backordered items will be sent separately when they arrive in our warehouse.

If you would prefer to receive your order in a single shipment, contact us after placing your order and we can hold dispatch until all items are available.
